Mexico: Cuba Trip May Be Delayed

New York Times:

President Felipe Calderón of Mexico, who has been working to improve once tense relations with Cuba, said that he might postpone a planned trip there because of a decision by the Cuban government, in the wake of the swine flu outbreak, to ban flights between the countries. “This could be one of the unforeseen consequences of decisions that do not have sufficient scientific basis,” Mr. Calderón, above, said in a television interview on Thursday night. The president has criticized countries that he thinks have unfairly discriminated against Mexicans as a result of the influenza A(H1N1) outbreak.
